Plan3 successfully balances Insurance, Incentives and Technology in their design of health benefit programs that contribute to the long term health of employees and the business organization. Plan3's success is built on disassembling standard managed care programs designed to first benefit the insurance companies, and realigning the core attributes to develop balanced, and programs that minimize premiums, maximize the saving, and provide access to the best providers and health resources.

The Plan3 philosophy is to create an environment where all participating employees develop a sense of "community". The organization can be aggressive in establishing health benefits packages with the resources to provide consumer controlled spending accounts, like Health Savings Accounts (HSA's), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA's).
